Why Career Seeking Today?

March 12, 2009

We launched – CareerSeekingToday.com — because most professionals seek career advancement… and not simply a job. For many career seekers joining  job boards is not enough.

Job boards keep job seekers invisible to search engines, and does very little to empower professionals or show them how to embrace today’s digital solutions to increase their visibility online.

We believe career seeking today requires a more proactive, empowering approach.

We believe increasing your visibility online–distinguishing yourself–is what more career seekers need to do today.

Our blog–blog.careerseekingtoday.com — is SEO and eco -friendly and… is indexed by major search engines, including Google.

We recognize that when career seekerleverage advanced internet marketing techniques, including social media,  they are able to “shine some light” on their online credentials–which helps to move  careers forward. We invite you to feature your bio here to get the ball rolling.

In addition, we encourage career seekers to build their web presence and own their web assets online. You’ll need  to buy your first name, last name .com and use a website or blog to feature your credentials online. Then, you should submit your URL to search engines and seek out additional internet marketing techniques to increase your visibility online.

Our current economic environment require career seekers to take additional steps; being featured on Career Seeking Today should be one of first steps.

If you have questions or need clarification, send an email to increaseyourvisibility@careerseekingtoday.com.
